In her primary role, Debbie’s accountabilities include: developing current and future leaders through ongoing training, coaching, and mentoring; building individual learning plans for personal and professional development and advancement; and delivering organization-wide training programs aimed at improving the quality and consistency of the client experience.

Debbie spent more than 20 years in the telecom industry in primarily Global roles focused on the people/talent/human capital element of business. She has created and facilitated development programs across the United States and in Belgium, France, the United Kingdom, and the Czech Republic. Most recently, she led the Leadership and Management Development effort in the Global Talent Management function for a company of 53,000 employees.
